If you got your Apple ID before 2011, that is, before iCloud was even created, then your Apple ID is not associated with an email address that can be accessed through the iCloud email login page (email addresses ending in @me.com, @mac.com and @icloud.com are fine). Even if you create an iCloud account, you won’t have access to iCloud email until you create the iCloud email account using your Apple ID. Here’s how to create your iCloud email account:
1. Go to your iCloud settings on your device (Settings -> iCloud on iOS or System Preferences -> iCloud).
2. Turn on/select the “Mail” option in your iCloud settings.
3. Follow the onscreen prompts and directions.
4. You can now use your iCloud email to login to iCloud, or you can use the Apple ID it is attached to and now you will have access to the Mail icon on iCloud.
I can’t get into my icloud emails on this Samsung Galaxy Core. My phone # is 937-856-7450. I’d appreciate someone from customers technical support to please call me & help me. I’ve come upon a phone # for your customers support & called it but nobody answered.I don’t think I’d be able to open an email if you send one. So please call me.
Thank You
